He largely drops his obnoxious and snooty behavior this season, with more emphasis being put on his responsibilities as Berryworks manager, his friendships with the other Berry Besties, and his interest in fashion. In Season 2, Bread's mother, Figgy Pudding, was revealed to be the owner of The Berryworks, and the reason that Bread has the job in the first place. From the final few episodes of Season 1 onward, he was a part of the main cast and a member of the Berry Besties. ![]() However, over time Bread also began to develop more, especially in his first major focus episode " Bread Pudding's New BFF", where he admitted part of his controlling and mean behavior stemmed from being bullied when he was younger, and soon enough he stopped being an antagonist entirely. Later episodes showed him working with Raspberry Tart and Sour Grapes to ruin Strawberry Shortcake's business and her chances of staying in the Berryworks. As an opinionated, clipboard-carrying overseer of the day-to-day workings of the BerryWorks, Bread Pudding got off on the wrong foot with Strawberry Shortcake almost immediately. He initially started out as an antagonist of the series, starting from the very first episode. The snooty, uptight, and fashionable manager of the Berryworks, he makes it his mission to keep the Berryworks trendy and chic at all costs. Bread Pudding is a main character from Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City.
